Providing people with the tools to stay safe is one of the things we are passionate about. This class is open to any ladies over the age of 10; however, anyone under the age of 18 will need to attend with an adult and have a liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

During the class, we will talk about situational awareness, how to prepare to be safe, and basic self-defense techniques. We will also spend time doing some hands on exercises to practice the techniques we will talk about. Our goal is for you to leave feeling confident that you can Be Prepared! Be Safe!
